1. Controller
The controller of personal data collected through this website is GRCex. Contact: [email protected]
2. Data we process
The full name, work email address, company name, primary need and message you provide in the demo request form. The form does not store this information on a server: the “Create demo request” button turns it into a ready-made message in your email app, and the decision to send it is yours. When you send the message, the details reach us by email.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your details are processed only to respond to your demo request and to conduct a possible pre-contract discussion. Under the GDPR, the legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). For visitors in Türkiye, the corresponding bases are Article 5(2)(c) and 5(2)(f) of Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
4. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Email communication is handled through the email infrastructure providers we use. Where such providers process data outside your country or the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
5. Retention
Your request is kept until it is resolved and for as long as legal obligations require, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Cookies and tracking
This site uses no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking tools. When you first open the site, the language is chosen based on your country; this information is read by the Cloudflare infrastructure while serving your request and is not recorded by us. If you pick a language with the switch at the top right, a purely functional cookie (lang), valid for one year, is stored in your browser to remember your choice. The infrastructure hosting the site may keep standard server logs for security and operational purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy of it (GDPR Articles 15–21; KVKK Article 11). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. How to contact us
To exercise your rights, write to [email protected].
